Jewellery Design Change

We understand that preferences may change.
• Jewellery can be changed within one (1) month
• The jewellery must be unused and in original condition
• No deduction will be applied
• The new jewellery must be selected from available in-store stock items
• Jewellery cannot be remade or customized during exchange

Custom-made or special order jewellery is not eligible for change.

Stone Jewellery & Return Value

Jewellery with stones usually gives a lower return compared to plain gold jewellery because stones do not have the same resale value as gold.
For the best value and highest return, plain gold jewellery is recommended.

On return or exchange:
• 4.5% deduction using the 22K rate
• 12.5% deduction using the 24K rate

All calculations are done transparently.

Diamond jewellery is accepted on return with a 15% deduction, covering certification, handling, and market variation.
